Team Beacon Takes on Rockaway Beach Triathlon
On Sunday, September 19th Beacon's very own Dennis "The Bionic Man" O’Neill, Kieran "The Rock" O’Connor, and Dan "Iron Man" Newcomb competed in the Rockaway Beach Triathlon in New York City (also known as "The Rock The Beach Triathlon"). To complete the course, competitors had to first swim 1/4 mile (or run 1.5 miles), bike for 12 miles, and then run for 3 miles. All three members of Beacon's dream team completed the race.
