Following the default of the general contractor, Beacon Consulting Group was retained by the Surety to assess remaining work and cost to complete for a health center expansion project at the United States Military Academy (USMA), West Point, NY. Related services provided by Beacon included: Managing the ratification process of more than 30 separate subcontractors and vendors, and administering the re-let of the project. Beacon has extensive experience providing construction-consulting and related services for health facility projects.
