As Thanksgiving approaches, it’s the perfect time to reflect on the year and express gratitude. Here at Beacon Consulting Group, 2024 has been another busy and productive year, filled with exciting opportunities and challenges as our teams managed construction consulting projects across the U.S.

First and foremost, I want to extend a heartfelt thank you to our incredible clients who trust us to support their success. Many of you have been with us for 10, 15, or even 20+ years, and your continued partnership means everything to us. I’m also deeply grateful to our talented and hardworking team members. Over the past 21 years, their dedication, project management expertise, ingenuity, and collaboration have been the foundation of our growth and success. It’s truly humbling to see how far we’ve come, and I feel fortunate to work alongside such exceptional people.

This year, we’ve been especially focused on helping our Surety clients navigate and resolve complex construction challenges. Additionally, we’re actively helping several financial institutions to monitor construction loans and are also supporting project owners and developers by closely overseeing project progress and providing onsite management expertise.

The diversity of our assignments has made 2024 a really interesting year. We’ve worked on projects ranging from super-tall skyscrapers, university campus buildings, and residential housing complexes to critical government and military infrastructure. Our team has also taken on a number of construction defect analysis projects across the Northeast and Southwest, particularly in Texas. With active projects in more than 15 states, I’ve enjoyed connecting with clients old and new, especially during work trips to (and within) Texas, New York, Ohio, Florida, Pennsylvania, Massachusetts, and other states.

As we prepare to celebrate Thanksgiving, I want to thank each of you—our clients, partners, and team members—for being part of this journey. Your trust, dedication, and contributions inspire me every day.
