I hope your March is going well! I would like to lead off this month by saying congratulations to Kieran O'Connor, who heads up Beacon's Florida office, and his wonderful wife Erin. The couple welcomed their first baby in late February, Rory Joseph O'Connor. Both Erin and young Rory are doing well! In other staff news, please check out this month's Beacon E-news for a staff profile of Jim Lynch. Jim is a young project engineer who hails from County Kerry Ireland, the same county in Southwest Ireland where my parents grew up. Jim is a hard-working, talented young guy. We are happy to have him onboard.

Speaking of Ireland, this weekend will see many St. Patrick's Day celebrations going on across the U.S. (and other parts of the world). Check out the fun article in this month's Beacon E-News for info about various St. Patrick's Day Parades happening across the U.S. and beyond.

Finally, we have a profile of a Surety Consulting assignment at Ave Maria College in Southwest Florida. Once again, Beacon helped a leading Surety company to expedite the completion of a campus construction project that was facing some challenges. Our team always enjoys helping to consult on, manage, and/or monitor campus construction projects. Getting state-of-the art facilities and new campus buildings completed and operational is a mission-critical business challenge for many universities. Our team has had the opportunity to consult on, manage, and accelerate the completion of some truly incredible on-campus construction projects over the past 21 years.
