Expert Witness Spotlight: Dennis O’Neill provides critical expert testimony in construction "breach-of-contract" case
Beacon Consulting Group, Inc. recently played a key role in helping a general contractor defend a “breach-of-contract” case where an electrical subcontractor was trying to hold the GC liable for more than $500K in alleged inefficiency, cost overruns incurred by the subcontractor. The subcontractor sued the general contractor in Federal Court.
Dennis O’Neill was retained as the technical expert to analyze the contract documents, the project schedules, project accounting records, and other project documentation to analyze the electrician’s claim. Mr. O’Neill’s analysis concluded that the electrician’s claim against the general contractor was unfounded.
