He has worked on projects ranging in size from $500K to $75M. Garrett holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree (Civil Engineering) and graduated with honors from National University of Ireland (NUI) Galway. He is experienced in both design and build, which makes him an asset on any construction management or consulting assignment. He is highly proficient in AutoCAD, MS Project, MS Office, Expedition, Primavera, HecRAS, CADS and ANSYS .
