Every year, staff members from Beacon Consulting Group participate in the ABA's Fidelity & Surety Law Committee (FSLC) Midwinter meeting. This is one of the main industry meetings for professionals working in the Surety & Fidelity Bond industry. This year's meeting was held in New Orleans, LA, at the Roosevelt Hotel.

Beacon's President Dennis O'Neill, Kieran O'Connor (VP Southeastern U.S.), and Elizabeth Paquet (Project Manager) all participated as speakers and panelists for the Construction Program at this year's conference (see photos below). Beacon VPs John Yeung and Jim Bruno were also in attendance, as was Assistant Project Manager Myat Cyn.

This year, Beacon co-hosted three great events in conjunction with the ABA FSLC mid-winter conference, including:

• National WWII Museum Dinner - On January 25th, Beacon co-hosted an evening of cocktails, dinner, and entertainment at The National WWII Museum, located in the Arts & Warehouse District, about one mile from New Orleans' French Quarter.
• House of Blues Party After Party - After the WWII Museum event, Beacon co-hosted an after-party at the House of Blues featuring live music in the heart of New Orleans' French Quarter.
• Irish Luncheon - On the final day of the conference, Beacon co-hosted its annual "Irish Luncheon" in partnership with the law firm D'Arcy Vicknair. This year's luncheon was held at Brennan's Restaurant, a landmark eatery in the French Quarter.
